- Location: Green Bay, WI 54311 (Northeast Wisconsin)
- Setting: Level II Trauma Center, Multi-specialty ICU (neuro, post-cardiac, surgical, trauma)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 27, 2026)
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 per week
- Employment Type: Travel nursing, On-site
- Patient Ratio: Typical 1:2 assignment

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience required (critical care nurse / intensive care nurse)
- Active RN license (state licensure required for Green Bay, WI)
- Current BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Clinical experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, chest tubes, vasoactive drips, temporary pacemakers, and procedural recoveries
- Familiarity with EPIC charting; experience with Alaris pumps and Pyxis preferred
- First-time travel nurses considered upon review
Responsibilities – Critical Care / ICU RN Role
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a multi-specialty ICU
- Manage complex cases across neuro, post-cardiovascular surgery, medical, surgical, and trauma populations
- Provide advanced monitoring and life-support management, including ventilator and hemodynamic support
- Participate in procedural recoveries and respond to emergencies and codes as needed
- Document patient care accurately and timely using EPIC electronic medical records
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, advanced practice providers, and a full-time ICU educator
- Support and mentor less experienced staff; promote best practices in critical care nursing
