• Start Date: March 16, 2026
• End Date: June 8, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — L&D night shift RN
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, every 3rd weekend rotation (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• On-Call: No call required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130-$2250/week

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Nursing)
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum (L&D RN, mother-baby, perinatal nursing)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, maternal-newborn nursing skills, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced obstetrics/gynecology setting
• Willingness to work night shifts and every 3rd weekend as a Labor & Delivery travel nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret assessment data, and escalate concerns to physicians as needed
• Administer medications, assist with labor and delivery procedures, and support vaginal and postpartum care
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, newborn care, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal perinatal outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record and support a safe, compassionate clinical environment
