Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or Technician program
- Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist or Technician (ARRT or state equivalent preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical radiology setting
- Experience in one or more modalities: Vascular, MRI, CT, DEXA, Diagnostic imaging
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced radiology department and adapt to travel assignment requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality radiologic imaging procedures across multiple modalities (CT, MRI, Vascular, DEXA, Diagnostic) as assigned
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and allied health staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to departmental protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and follow PACS/EMR workflows
- Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection control, and all regulatory requirements
