- Shifts: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (07:00 - 17:30)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call: EP late/call coverage as needed
- Scrubs: Provided (Royal Blue)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,220 - $2,380 per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; EP Lab or interventional cardiology experience preferred
- Valid Allied health license in hand prior to start
- Required certifications: ARRT(R) registry, ACLS, BLS
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record (EMR)/charting system
- Strong knowledge of electrophysiology, interventional cardiac procedures, and EP lab workflow
- Ability to float to similar units as needed
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the EP Lab, including electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, and pacemaker/AICD insertions
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging during procedures
- Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care in the EP setting
- Document procedures, findings, and patient information accurately in Epic
- Maintain sterile technique and follow infection control protocols during interventional cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV team, PT, RT, pharmacy, and rapid response
- Participate in late/call coverage for EP cases and support supply management and equipment setup
