• Location: Duluth, GA 30096 (Atlanta area travel nursing opportunity)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• End Date: July 4, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour days (6:45am – 7:15pm), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1710 - $1800 per week

OR RN Job Requirements — Qualifications for Travel Nurse

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Proven experience scrubbing and circulating in the operating room
• Comfortable with orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastic surgery cases
• Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from Duluth, GA (per travel nurse eligibility)

Responsibilities — Surgical Nurse / Perioperative Duties

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Function as scrub nurse and circulating nurse for a variety of surgical cases (ortho, bariatric, general, plastics)
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention and control protocols
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, surgical counts, and intraoperative events
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced operating room environment
