Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (March 30, 2026 – June 29, 2026)
• Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) — primarily Orthopedics; includes Geriatrics, Pediatrics, and Vestibular patients
• Setting: Outpatient clinic — outpatient PT, orthopedic rehab, vestibular rehab
• Shift: 5x8-hour day shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00 – 16:30)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• On-Site Position: Travel Physical Therapist onsite
• Charting: EPIC experience required
• Dress Code: Teal scrubs or business casual
• Call/Weekend/Holiday: None
• Location: Allegan, Michigan — Michigan physical therapy job, West Michigan travel PT
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1790–$1920

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan (pending accepted if active by start date)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (outpatient or inpatient/subacute experience preferred)
• BLS certification required (pending accepted if active by start date)
• EPIC charting experience required — experience with electronic medical records for outpatient PT
• Travel RN/PT requirement: Travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Willingness to complete up to 8 hours of pre-start modules
• Professional conduct, reliability, and strong communication skills essential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients reach rehabilitation goals
• Deliver care for geriatric, pediatric, and vestibular patients as needed
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive outpatient clinic environment
