Electrophysiology Tech (EP Tech) opportunity in Lancaster, PA 17602 — immediate opening for experienced CVOR/OR technologists with RCIS or RCES. Join a leading cardiac electrophysiology team supporting advanced EP cases, device implants, and complex ablations in a high-quality, on-site hospital setting.

Job Details

• Location: Lancaster, PA 17602 (Lancaster healthcare jobs / Pennsylvania EP jobs)
• Setting: On-site — CVOR, Operating Room (OR) and EP lab support
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts starting at 7:00am or 7:30am
• Hours per Week: 40
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,170 – $3,400

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology (EP) Tech, CVOR Tech, or in a cardiac cath/EP lab
• Hands-on expertise with advanced EP procedures including Left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP), Watchman device implantation, Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA), and leadless pacemaker systems
• RCIS or RCES certification required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced OR/CVOR/EP lab environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac teams

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of electrophysiology and cardiovascular operating room procedures, including device implants and complex ablations
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized EP equipment and monitoring systems (EP recording systems, mapping systems, intracardiac echo, fluoroscopy support)
• Provide technical expertise for advanced EP cases such as LBBAP, Watchman, PFA, and leadless device implantation
• Prepare sterile field and instruments, ensure equipment readiness, and follow OR/CVOR/EP lab protocols
• Collaborate closely with electrophysiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate procedure documentation, inventory logs, and adhere to safety and infection control standards
