    </li><li>Active Kansas RN license or compact license (Kansas nursing license)
    </li><li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
    </li><li>Experience with electronic charting systems (any system accepted)
    </li><li>Willingness and ability to participate in on-call rotation
    </li><li>Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
    </li><li>First-time travelers not accepted — experienced travel nurse preferred

<h2>Responsibilities – OR Circulator Duties</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Circulate in the operating room for a wide range of surgical procedures: Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, General Surgery, Endoscopy, and OB (C-sections)
    </li><li>Ensure patient safety and adherence to universal protocols, including Time Out procedures
    </li><li>Handle specimen collection and labeling, infection control, and wound management
    </li><li>Operate and assist with special equipment such as Hana Table and cell saver
    </li><li>Administer blood and blood products per policy
    </li><li>Maintain laser and radiation safety standards
    </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Social Services
    </li><li>Participate in rapid response teams and float to other units as needed
