Radiology Technologist (ARRT) – Travel contract in Boston, MA (02215). Support diagnostic imaging and interventional pain procedures at a leading pain management clinic. Ideal Boston radiology job for technologists with ARRT and pain procedure experience.
Job Details – Boston Radiology Job (Travel)
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts (02215) – Boston healthcare job in a major medical and cultural hub
- Setting: Pain Center, Diagnostic Imaging Unit (pain management clinic, interventional imaging)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 29, 2026)
- Shift: 10-hour days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; 7:30am – 6:00pm)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260 - $2,430 per week
- Employment Type: Travel Contract (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
- Orientation: Weekly (every Monday, barring holidays)
- Parking: Available (fees may apply)
Key Qualifications (Radiologic Technologist)
- Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience; pain clinic or interventional imaging experience preferred
- ARRT Certification (Radiologic Technologist) required
- BLS Certification required
- Pain procedure experience required (see responsibilities below)
- Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health in any capacity within the last 6 months
- Ability to start on June 1, 2026
- All requested time off must be submitted at application
- No local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
Responsibilities – Pain Clinic Radiology & Interventional Support
- Perform diagnostic imaging and assist with image-guided interventional pain procedures in a busy pain clinic
- Support a wide range of pain interventions, including:
- Lumbar & Cervical Epidural Steroid Injections (TFESI, Interlaminar)
- Thoracic Epidural Steroid Injection
- Facet Joint Injections (Lumbar, Cervical)
- Medial Branch Block (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar)
- Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injection
- Greater Occipital, Third Occipital, Intercostal, Cluneal, Pudendal, Genicular, Suprascapular, Piriformis, Ilioinguinal/Iliohypogastric, Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve Blocks
- Trigger Point Injection
- Radio Frequency Ablation, Caudal, Blood Patch
- Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment; assist with fluoroscopic imaging and sterile technique during procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care in pain management
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and adhere to safety and radiation protection protocols
- No floating required; no on-call or holiday shifts
