Job Opportunity: CVOR Tech (Certified Surgical Tech - Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Specialty: Surgical Services (CVOR)
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position: Certified Surgical Tech (CVOR) – Scrub Required
Shift: PM Weekends, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with call required
Flexibility with scheduling is a must
First-time travelers accepted; locals accepted as well

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience
At least 2 years of experience in cardiac and vascular surgery
Minimum 1 year of Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technologist experience within the last year
Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility for at least 1 year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Scrub experience required
Experience with cardiovascular and thoracic instrument reprocessing
Certified Surgical Technologist experience
Cardiovascular Technologist experience
