Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 – $1,540 (Travel RN pay)
• Location: Marianna, FL 32446 — Marianna nursing jobs / RN jobs in Florida
• Setting: Acute Care – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry (Med/Surg/Tele unit)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (March 25, 2026 – June 24, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm – 7am) — Night Shift RN / Travel RN opportunity
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Type: Travel RN / Travel Nurse

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Florida or compact license preferred) — Registered Nurse required
• BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience; candidates should have 15–18 months total RN experience (travel nurse experience preferred)
• Telemetry experience a plus — ability to provide acute care and monitor tele patients
• Ability to float to PCU as needed; assignments within skill set

Responsibilities (Med/Surg / Telemetry RN)

• Provide high-quality patient care on the Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse
• Manage patient assignments typically 1:6, maximum 1:7 — strong prioritization and patient-safety focus
• Collaborate with physicians, patient care technicians (PCTs), respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Use CPSI - Evident Thrive EMR for documentation (experience with hospital EMR systems preferred)
• Administer medications using Omnicell dispensing system
• Perform admissions, discharges, routine and focused assessments, and patient education
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed
• Float to PCU when required; duties assigned based on experience and competency
