- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (Emergency Department / ED night shift)
- Hours per Week: 36

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) RN experience — ED nurse experience preferred
- Possess and maintain a Board of Nursing approved Oklahoma RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN License
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department, triage, and multi-task under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Must meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check, Drug Screen, etc.)
- Ability to meet physical demands of emergency nursing: stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities / Emergency Department Duties
- Assess and prioritize patients' clinical conditions; recognize and interpret critical situations and take immediate action
- Initiate emergency interventions when the physician is not immediately available; provide acute care for adult and pediatric patients
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot general and specialized ER equipment (infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, cardiac monitors)
- Administer medications, IV therapy, respiratory support, and mechanical ventilation per physician orders
- Manage ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, Vapotherm therapy, critical drips, and basic stroke patient protocols
- Document assessments, nursing interventions, and therapeutic measures accurately and timely in the medical record
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing, physicians, respiratory therapy, and other clinical disciplines
- Plan, develop, and implement patient care delivery and documentation in the Emergency Department
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and a safe environment consistent with ED policies and procedures
