Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules (night shift RN)
• Must not be a local candidate (must live more than 50 miles from Cumming, GA)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide critical care support
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
