• ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ARC, AHA, or Department of Defense).

• NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure.
• TNCC: Trauma Nursing Core Course.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Required for all candidates.
• State License Verification: Required for all licenses that will expire during the assignment.
• NURSYS Verification: Required for all RNs/LPNs.
• NIH Stroke Certification: Required for all RNs except PEDS, NICU & surgery.

Health Documents

• Physical Exam: Initial physical, updated annually.
• Fit Mask: Must be completed within 1 year prior to start.
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required within 1 year of start.
• Drug Testing: 10 panel required within 90 days of start.
• Flu Seasonal Vaccination: Required during flu season.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Voluntary.

Background Check

• Criminal Check: 7-year check required within a year of start.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM: Required within 30 days of start.
• HHS/OIG: Required within 30 days of start.

References

• Clinical References: Proof of 2 clinical references required.
