• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
• Location: Kansas City, KS 66160 (Kansas City healthcare / Kansas City travel jobs)
• Setting: Electrophysiology Lab / Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (4/12/2026 – 7/12/2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour days, Monday–Friday (days determined by staffing needs; late team rotation with other staff)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel EP Tech / Travel healthcare job)
• Orientation: KU NEO, Monday and Tuesday of starting week (8:30am–4:30pm)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an EP Lab Tech or Electrophysiology Technician in a clinical EP lab
• Experience with mapping systems and connectivity: Carto, Ensite X, Affera, and Rhythmia
• Proficient in scrubbing for all ablation procedures (RF and PFA), laser lead extractions, LAAO, and device implantations
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association)
• Preferred certifications: RCES (Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist) and RCVT (Registered Cardiovascular Technologist)
• Nicotine-free facility — must comply with facility policies
• New graduates will not be considered; experienced EP Lab Techs only

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures including complex ablations, device implantations, laser lead extractions, and left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO)
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain EP mapping systems (Carto, Ensite X, Affera, Rhythmia)
• Prepare and scrub for RF and PFA ablation cases and support electrophysiologists during procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac teams (EP physicians, nursing, anesthesia, device reps) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in late team rotation and follow all facility policies and safety protocols
• Complete required orientation and onboarding (KU NEO) and maintain required certifications
