 </li><li>Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm–7am)
 </li><li>Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
 </li><li>Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
 </li><li>Holiday Rotation: May be required
 </li><li>Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs

<h2>Job Requirements (Med/Surg RN / Travel RN)</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Active RN license in good standing
 </li><li>BLS and ACLS certifications required
 </li><li>3 years of MS/Tele experience required
 </li><li>PCU/Stepdown (progressive care) experience preferred
 </li><li>Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
 </li><li>Experience titrating drips (insulin, amiodarone, levophed)
 </li><li>LTAC experience is a plus
 </li><li>First-time travel nurses welcome
</li></ul>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and PCU patients as a Med/Surg RN / Travel RN
 </li><li>Rotate through the PCU/stepdown area as needed based on competency
 </li><li>Accurately read and interpret telemetry strips using Mindray cardiac monitors
 </li><li>Titrate and manage IV drips per protocol and physician orders
 </li><li>Maintain airway support and manage respiratory equipment, including intubated patients as appropriate
 </li><li>Collaborate with nurse aides (1:8 ratio) for patient care tasks including vitals, ADLs, intake/output, transfers, and hygiene
 </li><li>Perform point-of-care testing including AccuChecks
 </li><li>Complete department orientation (1–2 days with a preceptor) and required onboarding modules (up to 20 hours; up to 6 hours billable)
 </li><li>Chart accurately using CPSI/TruBridge (Evident) electronic health record
 </li><li>Help fill schedule gaps and demonstrate flexibility to support patient care needs
