• Patient Ratios: 3:1 / 4:1
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements:

  • Work every other weekend
  • 36 hours per week
  • Flexibility to fill in scheduling needs
• Floating Policy: First to float
• Patient Experience Requirements: Focus on pain management, communication, and responsiveness

Required Skills and Certifications

• Must Have:

  • Experience with Post-Op CABGs, vascular, and general cardiac patient populations
  • Knowledge of cardiac drips/titrations and electrolyte replacement
  • Experience with management of chest tubes, epicardial pacing wires, and TR bands
• Certifications Required:

  • BLS
  • ALS
  • EKG Interpretation

Dress Code

• Required uniform: Scrubs in Galaxy Blue, Red, or Black
