Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU / critical care nursing experience required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit as a critical care nurse
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients; respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
