Description

MRI Technologist - Travel Position

Location: Albany, New York
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

Perform MRI technical procedures under the direction of Medical Director, Section Head, Clinical Specialist, Manager, and Radiologist.
Create diagnostic images using MRI modality.
Provide patients with a safe and positive experience in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center.
Support teaching and continuous learning as MRI technology evolves.
Conduct MRI exams on a variety of patients including trauma, emergency room, outpatients, inpatients (stable and intensive care), research patients, and those requiring specialized MRI-guided procedures.

Requirements

ARRT certification required.
New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) license required at time of submission.

Schedule

Thursday to Saturday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (three 12-hour shifts).
No on-call responsibilities.
