Job Summary

The RN provides clinical leadership within the neighborhoods to support the organization's mission, vision, and values through clinical services. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance, promote a person-centered and resident-directed culture, and encourage individual and team learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to clinical staff across households in areas such as infection control, safety, wound management, and RAI process.
• Implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient nursing practices.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, resident care, safety, sanitation, staff development, RAI process, MDS assessments, quality care, and resident rights according to facility and government standards.
• Support organizational fiscal viability by maintaining appropriate clinical staffing and efficient use of resources.
• Foster collaboration, consensus, and problem-solving within the household clinical team.
• Maintain and communicate clinical policies and procedures with emphasis on resident and/or resident representative needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, medical professionals, other departments, and retail providers.
• Demonstrate dementia sensitivity by nurturing care practices that promote individualized, person-centered care and well-being for persons with dementia.
