Travel Radiology Technologist (Cath Lab)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary

Seeking a Radiology Technologist with Cath Lab experience to work in a cardiac catheterization lab.

Contract Length

13 weeks

Unit Information

Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Labs: 5 total
Staffing: 4 staff per case
Equipment: 4 Philips machines, 1 Siemens machine
Documentation System: Merge
Scheduling: 12-hour shifts plus call (7-8 days call per month)
Floating Policy: Not applicable
Dress Code: Scrubs

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist in Cath Lab
Experience with Cath Lab circulating and moderate sedation
Advanced skills: ACLS & BLS certifications required
ARRT (R) certification required
Procedures performed include:
- Left and Right Heart Catheterization (LHC, RHC)
- TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement)
- TEER (Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair)
- Electrophysiology (EP)
- ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)
- Impella device support
- ICD/PPM (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator/Pacemaker)
- Peripheral procedures
- Endovascular AAA repair

Additional Information

Self-scheduling available
Merge system experience is a plus
Work in a technologically advanced unit with experienced staff
