Job details

The Vascular Access Registered Nurse inserts PICCs, Midlines, and Ultrasound Guided IV's with difficult IV access.
Provides clinical support to all providers, the clinical staff and patients at CMC.
Collaborates with health team members in coordinating and implementing procedures.

Job requirements

Education: Associates of applied science of nursing from accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year med/surg nursing experience.
Licensure: NYS registration to preform duties of a registered nurse.
1 year experience vascular access required

Roles and Responsibilities include performing standard nursing assessment on all patients requiring vascular access, consult, assessment, and insertion of vascular access devices and participating in training staff.
