Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Travel Position

Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Setting: Acute Rehab Facility
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Reason for Opening: Coverage for leave
Facility Size: 20 beds
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift (8-hour shifts), plus every 4th weekend
Float Requirements: Possible float to med surg/acute care units
Preferred Experience: Inpatient experience in IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility), Acute Care, or SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
EMR System: Currently Cerner, transitioning to Epic on October 4th
Dress Code: Light gray scrubs
Parking: On campus, free

Additional Notes

This is a travel contract position.
The role involves working in an acute rehab setting with potential float to other units.
Experience with inpatient rehab or acute care settings is preferred.
