Key Requirements

• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will NOT be considered (a copy of the driver’s license must be included in submission).
• Minimum 24 months of current PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience is required.
• Certifications must be from American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross, active at time of submission and included in the application.
• No license hits (clean license record) is required.
• Must have an active Arizona nursing license at time of submission (license verification must be less than 30 days old).
• Flu vaccination is required; declinations can be applied for (vaccination status must be noted in submission).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Must comply with specific background requirements set by the facility.

Submission Requirements

• Fully completed facility-specific cover page.
• Resume listing all facilities worked at, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units.
• Skills checklist specific to nursing discipline, dated within the last year.
• Driver’s license copy included.
• Certifications active and included in submission.

Assignment Details

• Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date.
• Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days and cannot be approved during the first week of assignment or on holidays.
• All shifts and departments the candidate is willing to work must be clearly listed.
• Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment.
