Job Opportunity: Special Procedures Tech (Travel)

Location: Aventura, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit: Interventional Radiology (IR Tech)
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: Interventional Radiology equipment and supplies
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Call Requirements:

  • On-call required
  • Regular shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Call shift: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM (next morning)
  • Weekend call is 24 hours
  • Minimum of 10 call shifts per month depending on staffing

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS
• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology specialty
• Must Have:

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • Prior experience in Interventional Radiology Specials

• Interventional Radiology procedures

• Dress Code: Surgical scrubs provided
