Job Details

• Location: Tucson, Arizona
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license (copy required with submission)
• Minimum 24 months of current PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience required
• Certifications must be from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, active at time of submission and included in submission
• No license hits allowed
• Must have an active Arizona RN license at time of submission (verification less than 30 days old)
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Flu vaccination required; declinations accepted with proper forms and vaccination status noted in submission
• Travel experience preferred
• Must comply with specific background requirements and attest to compliance immediately

Submission Requirements

• Fully completed Banner Cover Page
• Resume listing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked in
• Skills checklist specific to nursing discipline (must be less than 1 year old)
• Driver’s license copy included
• Start date should be on or very soon after the order start date
• Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days, not approved during first week or holidays
