Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Assignment

Location: Sun City, Arizona

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will NOT be considered (a copy of the driver’s license must be included in submission).
• Minimum 24 months of current PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience required.
• Certifications must be from American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross, active at time of submission and included in submission.
• No license hits allowed (clean license record required).
• Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for (vaccination status must be noted in submission).
• Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days.
• Travel experience is preferred.

Submission Requirements

• Fully completed Banner Cover Page.
• Resume listing all facilities worked at, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units.
• Skills checklist specific to the nursing discipline, dated within the last year.
• Active nursing license verification dated within the last 30 days.
• Current certifications active at time of submission.
• Flu vaccination status or declination form included.
• Copy of valid driver’s license.

Certification Requirements

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

License Requirements

• Must hold an active Arizona nursing license at time of submission.
• Compact license holders allowed if Arizona license is active.

Additional Notes

• Learning modules must be completed prior to assignment start.
• Non-billable hours are adjusted to 16 hours per assignment.
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty.
• Banner has specific background and compliance requirements that must be strictly followed and attested to.
