Description

Operating Room RN Travel Position

Specialty: Operating Room
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule:

10-hour day shifts or 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM shifts possible
Up to 3 call shifts per week, including weekend call rotation
Call schedule: No more than 3 call shifts Monday-Friday and no more than 3 weekends on call per 6-week schedule
Orientations held every other Monday

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room specialty
Scrub and circulate experience required
Must have experience with Vascular, Neuro, and da Vinci robotics cases
BLS certification required
Cerner experience preferred
Active VA or Compact RN license required at time of submission

Additional Information:

Position start dates limited to 9/22 and 10/6 only
Client may cancel assignment up to 36 hours prior due to census
The facility is a teaching hospital; travelers will frequently work with students and new hires and are expected to support a positive learning environment
Approved declinations for COVID/Flu vaccinations are accepted
Local candidates are not accepted for this position
