Description

Travel RN - Endoscopy

Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Call Requirement: 7-10 days per month (weekends call only)

Location in Facility: 1st Floor, Main Building
Number of Beds: 3 procedural rooms
Staffing: 9 total (4 techs, 4 nurses, 1 supervisor)
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Equipment: Medivators
EMR System: Meditech
Permanent Positions Available: Yes

Colonoscopy
ERCP
EGD
EBUS
Bronchoscopy

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have:
- ERCP
- Complex GI experience
Preferred:
- Bronchoscopy experience
- ION robot experience

Easy going and flexible
Positive attitude

Dress Code

Scrub colors: Ciel Blue or Navy for nurses
OR supplies scrubs if needed

Certifications & Licenses

ACLS
BLS
Registered Nurse License

Additional Information

Day shift staffing example: 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters
Night shift is call only
Competitive market; unit offers new equipment and experienced staff
Call is required 7-10 days per month, mostly weekends

This position is ideal for RNs with endoscopy and GI procedure experience looking for a 13-week travel assignment with a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule and manageable call requirements.
