Number of Beds: 17
Staffing: 6 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) per shift (both day and night)
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:4
EMR System: Meditech
Equipment: None specified

Required Certifications and Licenses

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
NIH Certification – Required
Registered Nurse License – Required

Skills and Experience

Must have: BLS, ACLS, Time management
Preferred: Candidates with additional relevant skills will be prioritized
Typical procedures: General surgeries, kidney transplants, pre-liver workups

Work Environment

Floating Areas: All acute care areas including medical-surgical, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho
Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
Weekend Shifts: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period
On-call: May be required
