Job Opportunity: EP Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Springfield, Illinois
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)

Job Description

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images as per physician orders.
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response, maintaining sterile field, and interpreting diagnostic data.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience with electrophysiology cases, including ablations (ablations are mandatory), pacing, and devices.
Certification: ARRT or RCIS/RCES required.
BLS certification required.
Applicable Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited radiology technology program.
Experience with special procedures preferred.
Must hold a valid Illinois license or RCIS/RCES certification.

Schedule

4 days per week, 10-hour day shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
On-call 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4th weekend.
