Unit Information

• Staffing:

  • Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 6 staff nurses, 3 nurse techs, sitters as needed
  • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 6 staff nurses, 3 nurse techs, sitters as needed
• Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 2-3 patients
• EMR System: Meditech
• Typical Procedures: Medsurg experience required (specific procedures not listed)

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NIH Certification
• Licenses:

  • Valid Registered Nurse License
• Experience: Medsurg experience is mandatory

• Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs required
