Medical-Surgical Travel RN Opportunity

Specialty: Medical - Surgical

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Position: Medical-Surgical Unit RN
Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Schedule: Assignments end on Saturday
Orientation: Every other Monday
Weekend Requirement: 2 to 3 weekends per month based on unit needs
Start Dates: Only 12th or 15th of the month
Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 36 hours before assignment due to census

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical specialty
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Prior travel nursing experience required
Active VA or Compact nursing license at time of submission
Teaching hospital and charge nurse experience preferred
Must submit all Return to Office (RTO) documentation with application
Prior travel experience required for all positions
Must work 2 of 3 holidays during assignment
Locals within 60 miles are not accepted
Only one assignment allowed, no renewals

Additional Information

This is a teaching hospital environment; frequent interaction with students and new hires is expected
Team members, including travelers, are expected to support a positive learning culture
Approved declinations for COVID/Flu vaccinations are accepted
