Description

Job Opportunity: Radiologic Therapist (Travel)

Location: Laredo, Texas
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Start Dates: ASAP, with options on 11/17, 12/1, 12/15, 12/29
Shift: Days, 7 AM - 4 PM
Call: No call required
Hours: Biweekly hours are 72 (no 48-hour guarantee)

Requirements

Licensure: ARRT certification and Texas state license required
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Therapist
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Truebeam Accelerator
- Experience with Philips CT scanner
- Proficient in Mosaiq EMR (Elekta Mosaiq)
Additional: Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

Role Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncologists
Perform CT scan simulations
Participate in technical clinical chart rounds and morning QA
Maintain operating areas clean and disinfected

Additional Notes

Scrubs are not required
Travelers must submit complete documentation including home address and SSN prior to orientation
Orientation paperwork and licensure must be completed and submitted by the Monday before orientation
