Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Prior travel experience required
• ER & Surgery experience required
• Current work history and skills checklist (updated within 1 year)
• 2 supervisory references with dates of employment

Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT certification (active)
• BLS (AHA) certification (active)
• Illinois Radiologic Technologist License (active)

Additional Notes

• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates are not eligible)
• Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible

Facility & Work Environment Highlights

• Uses Cerner EMR system
• Non-billable hours: 16 hours
• Overtime and holiday pay at 1.25x regular rate
• Call back pay at 1.3x regular rate
• On-call pay available
