Registered Nurse (RN) - Payson, Arizona (Temp Contract)

Job Details

• Location: Payson, Arizona
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Facility: 25-bed critical access hospital providing inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, imaging, medical, surgical, and emergency care
• Setting: Community healthcare provider with a patient-centered approach and high-quality clinical care

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 24 months of current Labor & Delivery experience (required)
• Licensure:

  • Active Arizona RN license required at time of submission
  • Compact license allowed
  • No license hits allowed
• Certifications:

  • Must be American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross certifications, active at time of submission
  • Required certifications include:

    • ACLS (AHA)
    • AFM
    • BLS (AHA)
    • NRP
• Vaccinations:

  • Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for (vaccination status must be included in submission notes)
• Background: Must meet specific background compliance requirements as per facility policy
• Travel Experience: Preferred but not required

Submission Requirements

• Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered
• Include a copy of driver’s license (non-AZ address)
• Fully completed Banner Cover Page
• Resume detailing all facilities worked at, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than 1 year old)
• Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old)
• Certifications active at time of submission
• Flu vaccination status included
• Driver’s license copy included

Additional Notes

• Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week of assignment or during holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
• Learning modules must be completed prior to assignment start
• Non-billable hours adjusted to 16 hours per assignment
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
