Description

Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position

Location: Lewiston, Idaho
Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide cardiopulmonary services to both inpatients and outpatients following approved protocols and department policies.
Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
Perform insertion of arterial lines and intubations.
Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis.

Requirements

Must have NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
Must hold a valid Idaho Respiratory Therapist license.
Must have ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
