Job Opportunity Summary for Healthcare Recruiters and Workers

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 32 weeks
Start Date: Must start by January 26
Assignment Duration: 16 to 32 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shifts, every weekend required
Shift Type: High Risk Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Work Days: Monday through Sunday (no block schedules allowed)
Orientation: Bi-weekly on Mondays

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in high risk L&D
EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 12 months is mandatory
Candidates should ideally come from a large academic medical center setting
First-time travelers will be considered if experience criteria are met

Additional Information:

Must be flexible with scheduling
Complete work history required, including bed count, EMR, and facility type
All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation
Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November through April due to weather conditions

This opportunity is suited for healthcare professionals experienced in high risk labor and delivery, comfortable with night and weekend shifts, and able to work in a large academic hospital environment.
