Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Travel)

Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Employment Type: Travel
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Call: STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days per month (self-scheduling)
• Floating Policy: Floating within departments including EP and Stress Lab

Unit & Equipment Details

• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Number of Beds: 7 holding beds
• Equipment: GE Innova, Impella
• Documentation Systems: MacLab, Meditech

Required Skills & Certifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab specialty
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (required)
• Requested Skill Set:

  • Cath Lab experience
  • Structural Heart procedures
  • IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR
• Advanced Skills Needed:

  • PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP
• Procedures Performed on Unit:

  • TAVR
  • PFO closure
  • Atherectomy
  • PCI
  • Right/Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC)
  • Impella/IABP support
  • Implants
  • DCCV, TEE
