Schedule & Work Requirements

• Minimum of every other weekend worked and/or schedule adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs
• Must work 2 out of 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• Monday to Sunday shifts, no block schedules
• Floating to other units required
• Must be comfortable working with dementia patients (all units have dementia patients)

Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience required
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) required

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Complete work history required, including bed count, EMR, and facility type
• Reliable transportation required; public transportation is not accessible
• Personal or rental vehicle recommended, with all-season or snow tires from November to April
• Travelers must adhere strictly to assigned hours and communicate any preplanned time off before assignment start; no time off requests will be honored once assignment begins

This position is ideal for experienced travel RNs comfortable with LTC and dementia care, flexible with scheduling and floating, and able to commit to a 16-week travel assignment with strict attendance and transportation requirements.
