Location: Ft. Walton Beach, Florida

Unit Information

• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Stemi Call: Approximately 10 to 12 days per month, self-scheduled
• Beds: 7 holding beds
• Floating Policy: Floating within EP and Stress Lab departments
• Equipment: GE Innova, Impella
• Documentation Systems: MacLab, Meditech
• Dress Code: Surgical scrubs provided by hospital

Required Skills & Certifications

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (required)
• Licenses: Registered Nurse License
• Experience: Cath Lab experience required, including Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR
• Advanced Skills: PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP
• Procedures Performed:

  • TAVR
  • PFO
  • Atherectomy
  • PCI
  • R/LHC
  • Impella/IABP
  • Implants
  • DCCV
  • TEE
