Position Details

• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without pay; on-call shifts count as called-off shifts

• Valid US Driver’s License or State ID
• Background Check (covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG checks within 30 days prior to start
• Illinois-specific searches including Department of Corrections, Most Wanted, and State Police registries within 30 days prior to start
• Education verification (degree/transcript)
• Primary source verification of certifications and state license
• Competency exam for clinical/allied candidates
