Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Location: Odessa, Texas
Shift: Dayshift
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Qualifications

• Must have CNMT or ARRT (N) certification

Required Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
• BLS (AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
• PALS (AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI accepted)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement (annual update)
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) for RNs
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
• Competency Exam (as applicable)
• State License Verification (within 30 days of start)
• NURSYS Verification for RN, LPN/LVN, AP (within 30 days of start)
• Tech Cert Verification - National (within 30 days of start)

Background Checks & Compliance

• 7 Year Background Check required within 30 days of start; update annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start
• Annual background check renewal for Aya candidates
• Facility-specific background check requirements apply

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Fit Mask Test within 1 year; updated annually (N-95 or Halyard Orange Duckbill masks accepted)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (PPD, QGold, or TSpot within 1 year; chest X-ray within 2 years if positive)
• Rubeola (Measles) immunity: positive titer or 2 vaccines (booster if low/equivocal)
• Mumps immunity: positive titer or 2 vaccines (booster if low/equivocal)
• Rubella immunity: positive titer or 2 vaccines (booster if low/equivocal)
• Hepatitis B: positive titer, series, or declination
• Varicella immunity: positive titer or 2 vaccines (booster if low/equivocal)
• Drug Testing: Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start; plan for completion within 72 hours of contract signing
• Flu Vaccine or Declination during flu season (Oct-April); mask required if declined until March 31
• COVID-19 Vaccine preferred but not required

Facility-Specific Documents & Training

• Notice of Employment (updated if >30 day gap)
• Standards of Conduct (updated if >30 day gap)
• Dress Code Policy Acknowledgement (updated if >30 day gap)
• Agency Checklist (completed by clinician or agency)

• HIPAA and Fair Warning Quiz Modules (complete within 72 hours of signing)
• Orientation and Safety Training Modules (complete within 72 hours of signing)
• Annual TB Questionnaire (updated annually or if >30 day gap)
