Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (3x12)

Required Certifications
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense accepted
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense accepted
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - as required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) - Advanced NRP required for ER and LDRP RNs; skills check can be completed onsite if online portion is done before start
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - current TNCC required for ER
- State Nursing License (NM) - must display original license onsite
- NURSYS Verification - required for all RNs
Required Competencies & Exams
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (not required for Case Manager RNs)
- Core Part I, II, and III exams - must be completed prior to start with a passing score of at least 80%; Relias platform highly recommended
Background & Compliance Requirements
- 7-year criminal background check within one year of start, updated annually; must cover all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
- Proof of I9 or attestation
- Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during hours of service
- Residency Declaration Form if working on a compact license
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 12 months of start, updated annually
- Fit mask testing done onsite during orientation
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within past 10 years (declination only with valid medical reason)
- Negative TB test (PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot) within 1 year, updated annually; if history of positive TB, clear chest X-ray required annually
- Immunizations or titers required for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (vaccine series and positive titer required; declination accepted with positive titer and informed consent)
- Varicella
- Drug testing:
- 9-panel drug screen within last 12 months (instant acceptable)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (instant not acceptable)
- Seasonal flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); unvaccinated must wear mask
- COVID-19 vaccine not required but highly recommended; declination form required if declining
Facility Specific Requirements
- Professional photo for badge (clear, close-up, solid background)
- Completion of TB questionnaire prior to start
- Completion and signing of various facility policies and acknowledgments (Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Behavior Standards, IT Guidelines, Emergency Contact Information, etc.)
- Completion of orientation videos and attestation
- Influenza declination or consent forms as applicable
Documentation & History
- Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Complete employment application/resume with 7-year work history including locations, gaps, and end dates in MM/YYYY format (no “present/current”)
- Skills checklist updated annually for applicable units
- Performance evaluations if worked with the system over 1 year; internal evaluations if over 2 years
Additional Notes
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Block scheduling requests should be clearly communicated during submission
- Fit testing arranged onsite during orientation
