Description

Ultrasonographer Position - Boise, Idaho

Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Work Schedule

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Includes holiday rotation and on-call rotation to cover PTO

Required Credentials & Certifications

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel.

  • ARDMS Credentials (Ultrasonography certification)

  • License/Certificate Verification
    Must be dated within 30 days of start.

  • Fit Test

  • 10 Panel Drug Screen
    Completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must include specific substances (no THC).

  • COVID-19 Vaccine
    Proof of vaccine or approved declination/exemption (with agency letterhead). Booster required by Sept 2025.

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
    Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab results.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccination Series
    Must have started series prior to start date; titers not accepted.

  • Influenza Vaccine
    Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption for current flu season.

  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
    TB testing with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements).

  • Varicella
    Proof of vaccination or IgG titer lab results.

  • Physical/Health Statement
    Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.


Professional Requirements

  • Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form
  • Signed Confidentiality & System Security Agreement
  • Signed Integrity and Audit Services Form (signed shortly before start)
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start
  • Signed Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
  • Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal Background Check (last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days
  • Education Verification of highest academic degree or diploma
  • Exclusion Checks: EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO (dated within 30 days)
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
  • Completed System Access Form (one week before start)
  • Skills Checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
