Patient Load: 5-6 patients per day
Number of Beds: 100 patients in this branch
Scheduling: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts
Documentation System: HCHB (Home Care Home Base)
Uniform/Dress Code:
- Nursing: Navy blue or navy/white scrubs
- Therapy: Business casual
Floating Policy: Not specified
Staffing: Home health setting with unit secretaries and tech availability

Required Experience & Skills

Home health and hospice experience required for nursing roles
Home health experience required for therapy roles
Must have experience serving the Franklin/Macon County area

Certifications & Licenses

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
