Job Description

Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans
Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other patient care team members
Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting
Develop systems to provide care for a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
