Travel PACU RN Opportunity

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Job Details

• Shift Times:

  • 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Some Saturdays required
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, including holidays and weekends
• No block schedules allowed

Requirements

• Must start within the next 2 weeks
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in PACU with high acuity critical care
• Experience with critical care skills including:

  • Arterial lines
  • Multiple titrating drips
  • Cardiac monitoring
• Pediatric experience required; night shift nurses must be comfortable with all ages
• Experience in a large, teaching facility required
• EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years is mandatory
• Required certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Infusion specialty preferred
• Must be able to provide complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• COVID and Flu vaccination declinations accepted with proper documentation

Additional Information

• Public transportation is not accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended
• Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires from November through April

This position requires critical care PACU skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with pediatric and adult patients.
