Job Opportunity: Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Sterling, Colorado
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of current SLP experience (required)
• Active certifications from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross, included in submission (required)
• No license issues or "license hits" (required)
• Active Colorado state license (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Additional license: Colorado Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Skills checklist specific to SLP discipline, less than 1 year old
• Flu vaccination required; declinations accepted with proper forms (vaccination status must be noted)
• Driver’s license required
• Travel experience preferred

Compliance and Submission Notes

• Banner has very specific background and compliance requirements that must be strictly followed and attested to
• Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved during the first week of assignment or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
• All required documents must be complete and accurate, including:

  • Fully completed Banner cover page listing all locations and departments the candidate is willing to work in
  • Resume detailing all facilities, facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units worked in
• Learning modules must be completed prior to assignment start
• Candidates must be ready to accept the assignment upon submission

Additional Information

• Non-billable hours set at 16 hours per assignment
• Assignments may be canceled with 7 days written notice without penalty
• Banner assesses a 2% payment discount fee and a 2% technology fee on all transactions
