Travel RN Opportunity – Emergency Room

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Job Details

Shift: Mid shift (11 AM – 11 PM)
Schedule: Block scheduling allowed
Weekend/Holiday: Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed
Call/Floating: No call, no floating required
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Number of Beds: 44

Requirements

Valid Tennessee or Multistate RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH (ARC/AHA only) certifications required
Minimum 1 year experience required; 2 years preferred
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility
Scrubs color: Navy

Role Summary

The RN is responsible for providing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery. The RN will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and provide supervision and direction to assigned personnel.
